At MyTacticalPromos, we stand behind the durability of our gear. If your tactical apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in original condition with tags attached, and place them in the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear passes inspection.
